How can I schedule a tour?
You can easily schedule a tour by filling out the contact form on our website or giving us a call. Walk-ins are also welcome!
How long can you hold a unit for me?
We can typically hold a unit for up to 60 days. Restrictions may apply.
Do you have a waiting list?
We offer a waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. Application and administrative fees apply.
Is the community pet-friendly?
Yes! Pets are welcome with a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $20/month pet rent. Pet Limit & Breed Restrictions apply.
Parking information:
- Onsite Garage Parking: First car $50/month, second car $100/month (two-car limit). Motorcycle and golf cart parking is available and counts as a secondary vehicle at applicable rates.
- Guest Parking: The first hour is free; low hourly rates apply thereafter.
- EV Charging: Available onsite; applicable charges apply.
Storage Units:
Our storage units are climate controlled and available in variety of sizes. Rates start at $75/month.
Onsite Co-Work Offices:
Aer offers dedicated private co-work offices to residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates start at $600/month.
Is the community smoke-free?
Yes, Aer is a smoke-free community.
Is there a monthly amenity fee?
No, there is currently no amenity fee.
Can I reserve the clubroom for a private event?
Yes! Residents may reserve the rooftop clubroom for private events for $250 per hour with a four hour minimum.
